My neighbor has a camp on Toledo and I mentioned this to him and he was saying that the bass spawning thing is partially true more indirectly. He said many years back they opened the gates because of predicted rainfall and the rains didn't come. The lake dropped 13 feet If that happened now and the lake didn't fill back up and with the high temps coming there could be a good fish kill.


But either way I don't think people actually realize how much rain they got in that area.
