I agree! The electric heaters require electrical service for THREE 60 amp 220 volt breakers, which is going to pull tons of electricity. You are much better off with a gas unit. I own one and It is a great source of endless hot water. Watch lowes or depot for any that may be for sale where the customer changed their mind. I picked use up for $800 and it gives me all the hot water I need.
