Man I need some more tuna, y'all got me droolin'!
I would cut the tuna in small strips and throw in a Ziploc bag w/ some whatsthishere sauce, lemon juice, little Tony's and some Tabasco. Let 'em sit for about an hour or so in the fridge and eat either on crackers or some thin cut toasted french bread. As for grilling, season w/ lemon pepper, Tony's and Tabasco and sear the outsides in a black iron skillet (simple & gooooood). The middle is still cold when I would eat it!
