Default Billystix Customer Service

Billy had just completed the rod i had ordered and posted the picture the other day but we had a small miscommunication about the no foregrip and no trigger. Talked with billy about it and he apologized said he was just trying to do much to fast which is understandable no big deal. He said he would get right on fixing the problem by building me a new one no questions asked. He said he was just goin to take my name off of the mess up and sell it to someone else, i decided i might be able to come up with the money to buy it if he didnt mind. Talked to billy and he said yea no problem and discounted it even more than the first one on his behalf. I have never dealt with someone that cares so much about customer service and will go to any length to make things right. Billy is a true class act, so now instead of just waiting on one billystix i get the pleasure to own two of them. He hasnt even finished them yet but i am positive it will be an amazing investment.

Why would you not want a trigger on a baitcaster?

with the way i hold my rod when i work a topwater the trigger gets in the way... also with the spiral design of the rod the rod doesnt "roll" in your hands with a fish on so the trigger adds a little weight and is just in the way

Well i have never seen one without a trigger but the few people that have them say they love them so i figured i would give it a shot and i figured if i didnt like i could always sell it and just order a new one. Although i did try it out on a spinning rod i had and im sure its nothing the same but it never felt like i was going to lose the rod out of my hand i was pretty surprised so i figured i might as well try it.
