Default REDS!!!!

I took my Dad out today, we had a blast! We caught so many Reds our arms are sore. My Dad is 71 in a few days, but he sounded like a 10 year old in the back of the boat. WHOOOO! Thats all I heard most of the time. He did yell out a couple times, " It's a whale"! It sure is fun to see your Dad enjoy himself like that. I'll try to upload some pics tomorrow.

You got that right! I took my dad out last saturday, he caught about 15 reds on one drift. We had great fun, last spring I put him on a 30" 8 lb trout, I was screaming when it surfaced!

here is a pic from saturday

Moms, Dads and kids rule! Trying to get a day scheduled with my dad and a friend of his choice. Looks like maybe next week. Hope they are still biting by the time we get out there. Those reds are a lot of fun. Thanks for the great post.

Thanks to all you guys out there that have givin me advice, to be able to have that time with my old man. I'm still learning the lake and how to fish them trout, but i'll just keep on a tryin' and asking questions on here if yall don't mind. I've brought him several times in the last year, most of the times we don't do so good, But yesterday we hit the mother load! Thanks again for all yalls help with my ignorance, yall helped make my old man (and me) very happy. I told my wife when we got home... " I made a wonderful memory today"! I'm having some trouble uploading the pics, I'll keep trying. Thanks again guys!!!!!!!
