Sabine River 8/03/2017

Fished 3:10pm-8:30pm. Caught 7 bass, kept 2.
The afternoon started out nice and cloudy but eventually went bluebird on me after a short shower. (Turn on the sauna...) water temp. 79.2-82 degrees depending on where I was. The river level was up considerably since I had been there 5 days ago, but the water was still a good color (for the Sabine).
The tide kinda stopped moving, the wind quit blowing and fishing got tough.
