Default Thin Chops on the Grill

So the other day I took a Foodsaver package out of the freezer that I thought was four nice boneless pork loin chops to thaw for dinner yesterday. It turns out there were eleven THIN cut chops in there. No problem I knew they'd still be good eatin'. I seanoned them up and stuck them in the patio fridge for when I was ready to grill 'em. Before that I put six nice sweet potatoes on the second grate of the Keg with a sheet of foil as a diffuser so they wouldn't burn. Let those bake at 350* until they were done. It was time to put the chops on and since they were thin is wouldn't take long for them to cook at all. I put some roasted pineapple and habanero glaze on five and a homemade burger sauce on the remaining six.

These came out perfect!

Glazed and almost done.

Yeah, I added a lil more of the sauce.

Added some of my green beams as a side.

I had one of each of the chops and went back for a third. Tender and delicious!!!!!
