Churn i tried my luck !

last night i couldn't decide weather to go fishing or stay home and do some work around the house. i woke up at 6am, looked at the weather on the saltycajun site and decided the _ _ _ _ with work ! the weather was to nice to pass it up.so i hit my lil fishing hole near pecan island @ 8:30, the water was a lil high and stained, alot better than what i was expecting. fished about an hour with no bites, by this time i'm thinking to myself i might not catch anything but at least the weather is nice. well thats when things turned around. started catching trout all over, i would drift the bank till i caught one, drop the anchor and catch a few more. i did that most of the day. i tagged my first 10 trout, and started keeping the rest after that. i took home 8 nice trout. all my smallest was 13 1/2 and biggest was 21 1/4 that weighed 3.10 (tagged and released) had the boat on the trailer for 2pm and heading home with a smile. i had a great day! the pic r not very good, i was solo today.
1st pic- 18 in
2nd pic- 21 1/4 in
and a box shot

Thanx. No moe fishing for me until next year.
Gotta clean up and go back to work.
That means the lake will clear up and the salt
content will go up for the next 2 weeks.

Enjoy.

They are clumsy. One hit a light pole and fell on to the ground.
One tried to land next to my brother in law and smacked into him.
