Default just got back from shoppin

just got back from shopping in Baton rouge. Logged on to salty C. and wow!!!! 5 pages of posts. Told my wife,I might be up all night reading all of this. Wasnt bad at all this year. Took the wife, sister in law and kids to baton rouge for a couple of days. Spent a good bit of thursday in Bass pro,and a good bit of today in Cabelas. Its amazing how time flies when your in there compared to the mall. Cabelas is nice though cause you can drop the girls off next door at the tanger.

Cabelas is my pit stop on the way home from Venice.
I go upstairs and get a bite to eat.
Then I go downstairs and stretch my legs by walking
all over the store.

They have a lot of good stuff, but not a lot of what I use.

I bought a net there and Jordan threw it out the boat.

I grew up in Gonzales, so the Cabela's is not far from my parent's house. Go there every time I go home just to get out. But that Cabela's is awful - they have everything in the world, but not what ya need.

Took my dad to the BassPro to get him something for his b-day, and that BassPro in Denham is unbelievable!!

When the wife and I go to either BP or C she always says go ahead a buy you some fishing stuff. Majority of the time I fight the urge and walk out having not bought any fishing stuff. Reason being I know I will here, "don't know why you bought more fishing stuff when you have not used half the lures you have in the tackle box."

There is so much stuff in those stores that sometimes I leave with nothing or very little because I can't make up my mind on exactly what I want...Too much variety.....
