Default Cooking Cajun up in Richmond , VA.

Hi Guys.. I've tried to upload a few vid's , with no success.

Here 2 pics of supper I cooked for my gal friend on my trip last week to VA. It snowed like crazy..

She brought me to a cemetery that overlooks the James River.. 18,000 Confederate soldiers are laid to rest there. Geb Stewart, jefferson Davis, along with several presidents are buried there.

These soldiers have the most awesome view.

Shrimp, crabmeat, okra gumbo with dropped-in eggs.

Shrimp, crabmeat, over angel hair pasta and pan seared red snapper. Of course some crusty garlic french bread.
