Default Rough bottom in cast iron skillet
Thinking of sanding the inside smooth. I know I would have to season again. Every 4 or 5 times I make a roux I will need a new stirring spoon. I guess I will get my fiber in my gumbo.

I've cleaned up a few old pots with rock salt before but still had to season again.
