Anyone know of any places that sells the Ribeye caps? Ate supper at Ruffinos in Lafayette tonight and had one of those, and it was awesome. Thinking, I want to get a few to do at home.

Call local butcher shops and ask, some of them call it the roll. I can probably cut you some, but it wont be till march or april.

Stop by Pigly wigly thsi week the whole rib eyes are 5$ a lb. They are a cheaper cut which means they have a bigger cap and tail.Cut that up grill it for you take the rest and tell the ole lady its fillet ...... which it is.
