Been sick the past 72 hrs with what the doc called a 48hr virus. My fever finally broke and I was feeling better this afternoon, so decided to get to cooking.
Covered the pan with foil and balsamic vinegar then Started with a nice slab of redfish on the half shell. ImageUploadedByTapatalk1382500517.201651.jpg Seasoned it up with a lil La hot sauce, Cajun power garlic sauce, couple dashes of slap ya momma, and a good bit of lemon pepper. Then I sliced some butter to keep it all moist. ImageUploadedByTapatalk1382499721.827737.jpg Cover all that with some shredded cheese and toss it in the oven at 450 for 25 minutes.
