Default Building a fishing pier on BL

Do I need to get a permit to build a fishing pier into Joes Cove?

Does the parish or Corps of Engineers issue them?

Any info on the process will help

You will need something from the Corp I know, I don't know about the Parish.

Department of Natural Resources Coastal Zone Management Division, Corps of Engineers and Parish, applications are available at DNRCZM website.

Section 10 waters of the us permit. I believe the corp has a nation wide permit you will fall under. Let me.check my books tomorrow.
