Seasoned up a mallard and a teal then stuffed them with pork ground meat and wrapped them with bacon to keep them moist.Covered the pan and baked at 350 for 4 hours then thickened the gravy a little on the stove,cooked a side of smothered okra and sausage and baked some rolls,lil-c and I are about to get it.
