Default Shrimp Stew

Caught a whiff of a roux the other day. Just couldn't resist doing one of my own..... Through together a shrimp and egg stew with a corn maux choux(spelling?). Had to turn the ac a little cooler to compensate for the 100 degrees outside!
But man it turned out good!!!!!ImageUploadedByTapatalk1374373690.315108.jpg
