Duck Lease Southwest Louisiana

Hey guys I'm wandering how hard it is to get into a lease for next year in Pecan Island, Grand Chenier or some other area in the Southwest Louisiana Marsh? What other areas in Southwest lousiana is land leased out other than Pecan Island or Grand Chenier? that is the only areas i have really heard of that marsh land is leased out for duck hunting. Im seriously looking to get into a lease somewhere in that area next season and will pay top dollar for it.
