Default IPhone help

I shattered my IPhone 4. Cost $100 to get new glass. Contract is due for upgrade in January. Will ATT give me any early upgrade?

Thanks

Yes ATT will give you an early upgrade with only 2 months left. Call them instead of going and see someone at their center.

my last "early" update costs me almost 300 for a new phone... Maybe I should have called. Let me know how it works out, my wife is in desperate need of a new phone and hers isn't until january as well

Figure out how much it will cost you to buy your present phone contract out. Which is usually $14.00 a month and call them back and explain to them that you can buy out your current contract for whatever amount and go somewhere else and start all over with another company. They don't know that you will not and they will not let you go for a few months, but you have to stand up to them.
Explain to them that you are willing to sign another 2 year contract as where they only have you for a few months and they stand to lose a customers. Now they won't do it for a year early but I got them to work with me after I had the wife's phone for only 13 months. But you have to stand for yourself.
