10-2-09 Prien
Made the haul from Texas for Pop-in-law's 60'th B-Day. Met up with my Pops at 5:30 in Prien just after the storm passed. We caught the end of the incoming tide, and it was a micro-trout bananza. The bite shut down with the tide, so we thought about heading to the lake, but decided against it since even Prien had white caps. Made a couple of moves but couldn't find any more trout. We did find a few hungry reds, however. Threw everything but the kitchen sink. Caught the trout on glow Sand Eel Jrs and the reds on fried pork chops.
