Default Electronic dog coller advice

Looking for a little advice of the best coller for the buck.

Santa brought a German Shorthair Pointer during Christmas and it is definately time to correct a few behaviors.

My biggest behavior is for her to stop when i call. She is very smart and it definately will not take long.

Also a possibility of sending her off to "band camp", but that is so darn expensive!

Thanks in advance for your advice.

Suggest Dogtra or Tri Tronics but electricity should be used to teach with. Pushing buttons isn't teaching so make sure you watch the DVDs that normally come with the entry level collars. New you are looking at $225-$250 for a quality collar. Would stay away from the sportdog brand even if it is cheaper.

I have a dogtra and it's great. No problems and the battery lasts several hunts without charging. Paid 250 for it. The tri tronics are nice too. I like how the receiver is smaller than on my dogtra

Cabelas brand "Gun Dog" it's made by Tri tronics. Awesome collar with a pretty decent price.

As stated above, dog training electronics are a 2 horse race. Dogtra and TriTronics are the only 2 viable options IMO.
