Damn near everything comes with it. Brand new tires (made 1 trip from Gueydan to Ville Platte), TV's and DVD players in all 3 rooms, after market queen matress in the bedroom, 2 bunk beds in the back, silverware, most of the dishes, a few pots and pans, sheets, bed spreads, all the electrical connections, extension chords, towels, rags, sewer hoses & connections, and probably a few more things im forgetting about. There is a small drip leak from the skylight in the bathroom but im gonna try and fix that ASAP..
