Oyster sounds a lil odd for that mix, to me.
But we all have our lil things we like.
If you grow up eating good food, you get
addicted to just that type food.
When I grew up, there was NO smoked
sausage in Chicken gumbo. Once I tried it
once, I got hooked.

One thing I can't get used to, and don't
like is cooking Crawfish with seafood.
To me, it don't work. But that's how I grew
up. Crawfish is not a seafood at Ray's.

I like simple food. Nothing goes better with Shrimp than Crab or Fish.

Speaking of that, I might make me some courtboullion for dinner.

I eat at 5 am, 11 am and 5 pm offshore.
When I am home, I eat when I wake up, at 11 am and at 5 pm.
Body is used to that. Can't change.
My dad is the same way. Our wives can't get used to eating at 11 am and 5 pm.
