Default Make this clear..

Ok as many of you all know, I fished the Empire south pass tarpon rodeo at a couple of weeks back. They do things differently there than we do here. They fish reds when the tide is moving over shells (oyster) and when the tide stops, they fish specks against mud banks on topwater. Even from 10-4 in the noon. Black drum, they found deep holes (10-30') close to shells... I've tried the same technique over here and its like totally opposite. So can anyone here (who is a die hard fishing fan and know's big lake) clarify on when to catch what species? Im taking a few family members out sunday and need to get this clarified. It would be embarrassing to scratch on this trip. Fishing banks produce reds? On High tide or low tide? Specks aren't hard to find. I just wanna hook them up on hard pulling feesh !!!! Help a brotha out W !!!
