Dance Prien Lake

Friday, 7-15-11. Me and Rockfish caught 20 Flounder, 6 specks and 2 reds. Had to work for them. Fished from 10am -5pm. All the flounder were nice with 3 going 3 lbs or so. One nice 4lb speck all the rest were small. Caught very few on plastics. Gulp Shrimp saved the day. First time I have ever used them. Won't go fishing without them again.

I saw a sign at the Prien Lake Beach that said something about high levels of bacteria in the lake. Looked like a warning to swimmers. Are the fish good to eat which are caught in that area. Anyone know what the "bacteria" issue is all about?
