Cry Motor problems

Ill tell ya the motor is a 2003 mercury 75hp two stroke....you put the oil in the res. and just add gas and it does the rest....It has not ever given me trouble...Sat left calc point headed down the channel got to west cove and it just bogged down....I reached back and primed the bulb which was still hard and gave it the throttle and bam back to fot....after trolling for a while decided to move and it did it again my budddy had to sit and steadily pump the bulb for us to get in...It will Idle ALL DAY with no spits and sputters...Someone told me to drain the tank which i did and the first glass jar looked greenish like it had some oil...dumped it and filled the jar again and looked like gas should....emptied the tank and was told to add a can of SEA FOAM and fill with 100 percent gas and should be fine...You can put the motor in the NEAUTRAL gear and rev it and it revs up fine, only in gear it does it....the motor had a tune up and all lines changed to ethanol lines in december as well as new plugs and wires and filter...I have been running it on ethanol gas with no additives....I was told add the sea foam, add 100 percent gas and should run like a champ...Any one else had this problem or any help would be appreciated...thanks in advance CHRIS.
