Default 6-2-11 Big Lake Report

Decided to take a little Fishin trip for my b-day, had an ok morning. Didn't slaughter them but ended the day with 11 specks, 2 reds and 2 flounder! We caught the specks all in Turners and then the rest was picked up on the south end of the lake. Live skrimp and salty grubs were what they were wanting!

Nice pics, thanks for the report.

Did you ever get that new rod and reel from Blake? That was a sweet setup for the price.

No not yet, but thinking hard on it, just not sure if I want to drop that kinda cheese for a rod to leave out on our platform. I never do any offshore fishing at home just out there

Not trying to horn in on a deal here, but what you looking for Cade? I think I still got a Penn 6/0 and rod I'd be willing to let go of. It is old, but in good shape.
