Morning rant on customer service
Winner is AT&T........ First cell phone service is halfass..... Prices are to high and contract restrictions are redicilous!! Try to get customer service.... Haha . Good luck!!!! Second tv service aka " u verse" is a fn joke!!!!!! We have had issues with our connection and picture quality since they installed it in June!! We've had 5 " technicians" come out to "repair stuff"..... They all give us their personal cell # and say " please call if anything else gives u trouble"...... Sure enough tv freezes, network unavailable , connection error, extra noises com thru the audio..... So we call these Lil bastids back .... And we never get a return call from them. O and here is the kicker today.... As usual no service when I wake up.... " service not available at this time" is on screen... So I call service center..... CLOSED!!!!! *** a nationwide company is closed on Sunday!!!!* Do urself a favor and dont get " u verse" if u do " u screwed"

Agree with the cell service. Disagree with uverse. I actually switched from direct tv and love it. Have not the first problem. Hope they get your straight.

Finally got it working.... IP address was deleted somehow.... So I had to set up the whole connection again and reboot the network programmer.
Redicilous!!!! NFL baby!!!

Not sure bout the "UVERSE" but the cell service blows balls.....so many dropped calls and issues with sent calls.....NEVER had this with 6 years of Verizon.....switched for coverage on the BEND and Big Lake.... Bout to say CRAP on the IPHONE and switch back for the Droid!!!!!!

Dish Network, I can get a good deal on them and they come out the next day. ATT prices suck, cs sucks but when they are the only cell phone service that has towers in my area they work for me.

The thing that ticks me off the most about ATT is that they don't allow tethering with the iPhone. The iPhone is set up to where you can connect it to your computer and use the iPhone's internet service to have internet on your laptop while traveling. And ATT blocks it, along with other great features available.
