Default Ugly day smoking

I thought I would post up some pics of my set up and some meat I am smoking up today. I have owned several different types of smokers and have finally graduated to this set up. Works well for me. I see a lot of the other guy's on here use electric smokers. I have never owned an electric smoker. Will have to give one of those in the future.

I had one deer roast left from last year and one small roast left from a pig last year. Figured I would go ahead and get them out of the freezer. Also smoking up the last of my deer sausage from last year. Hopefully, I will be filling up my freezer again soon. Also went to the store and bought a nice Boston Butt to fix. I seasoned the deer with Tony's and wrapped it in Bacon. I injected the pork with a mix I make from pineapple juice, red wine and spices. I then put some along with the pineapple chunks in my drip pan. I am using Apple and Cherry wood this time. Looking forward to tearing into this tonight!
