Default campgrounds

Any of you ever been to Percy quinn or flint creek? Thinking about taking the family but have never been. Any thoughts? What is there to do?

camped at flint creek alot....pre katrina i might add....lake is nice...awesome campgrounds and facilities...used to be always clean.....as for what to do..aside from lake activities, they had a nice water park with slides etc, and several bicycle/hiking trails. Not much to do outside of the park.....your about 20 minutes from fast food and walmart. I cant speak for percy quinn at all...never been there.

If you play golf, Percy Quinn has a great public course. Quail Hollow is the name. I've been going there for the last 20 years. Gigantic lake, fishing, canoe and paddle boat rentals are availeble.
