Any boat has me beat. Wife says need to build a house first then I can get a boat.

We must be married to the same woman!!! Mine told me the same thing so guess what I did about a month ago...bought a lot and in a few more months I'll be starting to build!

Father-in-law just gave us a half acre of his land and today we got all the paperwork to the bank to start the mortgage process.
