Marinate in ziplock with onion,cilantro, olive oil, and lime. Blacken in cast iron sprinkle some seasoning on. Make some remoulade to go with.
Fish Coullion. Like creole, but add fish at the end. Or stuff with crab meat, throw on grill, pour some melted butter over it right before pulling. Really no way to go wrong with flounder. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G891A using Tapatalk
