So my wife?s a teacher, it?s teacher appreciation week- don?t get me started. Anyway tomorrow is jambalaya day, good right? Well the dumb *** principle is vegetarian so they?re having meatless jambalaya. ***? How is this even possible? I told her to take pics and send to me, can?t wait. On a good note all I can think about is making a big jambalaya this weekend!!

portabella mushrooms. dig out the gill looking stuff on the bottom side with a spoon and grill it like a steak with olive oil, salt and pepper. feels like meat and kinda tastes like too.

Yeah I love mushrooms on the grill for sure. But meatless jambalaya? No!

I don't feel sorry for vegetarians at all. I don't eat chicken but you don't hear me complain when chicken is in it.....throw it out and eat the rest.

If it teacher app. week give them them the meat if that's what they want . It's not principal app. week . If there ain't no meat I'd call it mix vegetables .
