headed there this weekend with the kiddos, i havent surf/beach fished before.

just a cork and shrimp?

You don't want to be in the surf with 15-20mph SE winds... be very careful

You may be able to fish in some protected areas along Hwy 1 off the bank for redfish or off the pier at Bridgeside Marina.
