Default Sterling Ford

I know a bunch of you guys are from the Lafayette area so I wanted to give you my experience with Sterling Ford .
They were 1000% the best dealership I have ever dealt with! I bought a new truck about 3-4 weeks ago and had some issues with the truck and they handled business on making it right . When I think about customer service it is not how someone treats their customer when everything is going smooth , it's how they treat their customer when the $hit hits the fan! Well the $hit hit the fan on this truck and they stepped up and handled it w/o me having to ask . If sterling automotive group sells the type of vehicle I want next time I will without a doubt buy from them again .

I ended up getting my F150 from Courtesy in Breaux Bridge, but I got my son a car at Sterling Ford and my wife's car at Sterling Hyundai and was very impressed with both.
