just like with the corn and potatoes, I try to have at least one for everyone I expect to be there. with sausages I cut them 2-3" long, if its a big crowd 1 1/2"-2" is going to be the size I use.
some eat a few, some don't eat it at all, but the rations above makes sure everyone who wants one has the opportunity to get at least one. |

Last summer I started using a package of the lil smokies. One package per sack seems to work pretty good.

I agree with all the advice above. My two cents is...if you are trying to stretch the Crawfish to feed more people, add more sides (sausage)

Get you some country pleasing if you can find it, chipped pork that's what I use at the restaurant best sausage I can find
