channel mullet we call them, but i must ask how are you fishing, you running long lines, i see to strings in the pick looks like they both end up in the water at the same spot

I think those 2 lines are the slack from the rod tip to where he's holding the fish up by the line

yep, most commonly called channel mullet

very very good eating fish, kinda sweet tasting meat right up there equal to croaker or brim
