Whaddya mean wait till it starts? It already here. LOL. Restaruants are serving them and you can also get them live. Of course they ain't cheap though.

Got my first fix a week ago at Judice's here in Bridge City. Didn't ask the price but found out at checkout time. Menu says market price and they are high right now.
