NY Strip marinating and waiting. Two for me and one for the wife. Hopefully I'll be enjoying a great steak and a great 4th quarter of LSU football soon.

What's the marinade? I like Dale's with a touch of garlic powder and fresh cracked pepper.

Just salt, pepper, garlic and worshteshire. Sometimes do red wine also. Just keeping it simple.
