Discussions will be centered on outlawing the use of ground gear to catch rays to include 'Danforth' type and claw anchors and limiting the catch to 2 per angler per season with a slot limit between 4 and 9 ft. The CCA will point to the fact that only ONE 'tag and release' has been reported in recent years in SWLA so the stocks must be dangerously depleted. Stay tuned

To think u have to catch a 5lb 3 tail to keep legal

5 lb's is pushing it. I say more like 7 haha.
