Before I went to bed lat night I mixed equal parts coffe grinds cajun seasoning and light brown sugar. got out some pork steaks and a couple chicken leg quarters and got ready to head over to smoking sams place today. He is smoking a batch of wild hog sausage for a guy and said he had a rack empty in his smoke house. Woke up at 4 and couldn't help but wonder if yall were pulling my leg or not so spent a half hour googling coffee ground rubs. Guess I am resistant to change or something but every body says its good so I am gonna try it on this and let yall know. Aughta make a good blog stroy anyways.
