For all of you guys that go to the best stop I've recently discovered Billy's off the Scott exit and I find they are better

Try the boudin eggrools dipped in Tobasco pepper jelly..... Every bite is worth the possible heart attack.

Can you tell me how big the boudin balls are and what they charge per ball?
Going to make 3 different types . smoked pepper jack , 3 alarm pepper jack and smoked cheddar stuffed balls. bread them IQF then vac seal .
will have them for sale in the next couple a weeks so that you can fry at home or the camp and eat em while they're hot

Lil smaller than a tennis ball. Seems like they were around $2. Dink would know for sure on price.
