Might I ask how much coffee you used along with the beef stock ??? Never heard of that before...

I used about a 1:1 mix. Maybe a little more coffee mainly because I was running low on beef stock. It sounds weird, but you really don't taste the coffee at all once it's cooked. It definitely adds a richness to it, but if you didn't know you would never guess it was coffee.
