Moral is, get over it!! You can just as easily stay home and smoke, or walk outside, just as easy as you can tell nonsmokers to not go.
Fact is, if any smokers decide not to go out to these establishments, the nonsmoking public will more than likely make up for the loss. Just consider the fact that there are far more people that don't smoke than do. I doubt any business is going to suffer for long, if at all.

To me the point isn't whether smokers will benefit or whether non smokers will benefit. The point is government (of any size) telling a business owner what he/she can and can't allow on their own property.
Simple fix!!!! Make it a private club. Lifetime membership is $1.00. If it's a private club it will be exempt. Nothing non smokers or smokers can do about it.
Going to a bar when you know there will be smoke then whining about it later is like shooting a handgun without ear plugs then whining because your ears are ringing. You knew what would happen yet you made the decision to do it anyway.
