Yes I already went before the pardon board got approval but the Govenor can choose to sign or not even with their reccomendation. I have two years left for 10 years from completion of sentence my son will be a senior and I will have missed those years.

you say this is a way that tends me to think that there is a 10 yr requirement for something?
