I'm not afraid of work but opening a restaurant is a LOT of work! Gotta give to those that do.
I get that all the time. I've been asked to cater for some people but I enjoy cooking for me, my family and friends. |

Okay, it was an awesome meal! Tha "annnd...." was deep fried eggplant. They were peeled, sliced in half and cored to make Eggplant Pirogues. The crawfish was served over rice inside of the fried eggplant halves. ![]() Everyone loved it! |
