Clearing up and lots of bait yet I was the only one in there yesterday. I saw a pile of boats at mud point but they scattered fast, I am not one that will flock to a crowd unless I know theres a pile of fish. Yep, the community holes do not seem to be paying off this year.

I'm headed out tomorrow.

which kind of sucks, because if you are fishing an area with no one around you and you're there for more than an hour.. everyone and their momma going to come check on you. Happened my last two trips, and once there are two boats in one spot for 2 minutes here comes 40 more...

Roger that! I know I fished those areas for 20+ years and within the last 5-7 people really started figuring it out. I have a group of older fellas that are retired or business owners etc. we keep it pretty tight year round both in the bay and freshwater. Usually email or call daily giving reports. One thing I can say is it takes a while to get in there circle and being respectful is key, don't mislead and they'll do the same. But those old timers can teach us A LOT! A little respect and appreciation they will tell all, but almost like you're under oath of keeping there word to yourself.
