Tiny Hurricane

"Due to the very small wind field, waves from Ida will be less the 15 feet and any surge will be less than 3 feet." This is a tiny hurricane that has to cross land then re enter the gulf with high wind sheer; I dont think it has much of a chance of hitting the US as a Hurricane.
