I prefer to fish a lively pogey over just about any other live bait. Depends on where youre fishing. i like a 5" bait for trout and Flounder and 6-7" for reds. I find the larger bait for Reds avoids the croaker/rat reds that shrimp seem to attract. Hell hole usually provides me all the bait I need.
