That was IMO, a bit premature. BIG difference in a brother and a son...BIG difference. Should have pulled your son aside, and chewed him out or whatever. He should have been given the chance to straighten out, and appologize to the one he lied to.

He straightened up quick. He likes having $ and I also told him if he got fired his xbox was coming to work with me. Yep I can be an azzhole.lol

You gave him a warning...and it paid off.
