Yep.
$2.5mil in tuition revenues, $1.5mil just in salaries if the 33 teachers average $50k. Not much left for the rest of the faculty, maintenance and repairs, insurance, electric, water, waste and whatever else is involved. I don't see it being a hugely lucrative operation.
